Rio Verde Security & Surveillance
IP Surveillance
Project Overview
Security is defined by comprehensive coverage and invisible integration. This Rio Verde estate project focused on building a robust surveillance backbone, pulling concealed low-voltage lines to strategic exterior vantage points to provide complete property monitoring without disrupting the architectural lines of the home.
“Proactive security engineering means protecting every entry point and blind spot before the drywall is closed, creating a seamless, monitored perimeter.”
01 / High-Definition Surveillance Backbone
We deployed a comprehensive IP-based surveillance network, with CAT6A cabling pulled to high-eave locations across the property perimeter. These drops were carefully calculated to minimize blind spots while maintaining a discreet profile against the building’s exterior finish.
02 / Smart Access & Intrusion Detection
Entryway security was bolstered with dedicated low-voltage power for smart video doorbells and integrated alarm contacts on all exterior windows and doors. All sensors were wired to a centralized security enclosure, ensuring localized power management and reliable system connectivity.
