Modern Residence: Multi-Zone AV & Floating Display

Project Overview

Engineered an expansive, 5-zone distributed audio and multi-room video infrastructure for a luxury private residence. Anchored by a Savant control system featuring the flagship Glossy Black Remote 4000, the system seamlessly manages four Samsung displays—highlighted by a custom 75″ display cantilevered over an architectural wall opening on a 28″ Sanus full-motion arm. High-fidelity architectural in-wall speakers and hidden subwoofers deliver rich multi-channel surround in both the main living space and the master suite, where an independent Yamaha receiver manages local audio. The home features two distinct surround zones, two soundbar zones, and 5-zone distributed audio, while a HEOS wireless streamer bridges modern multi-room control with a legacy Sony amplifier and Monitor Audio bookshelf speakers.
